Kolios Appartment
Kolios Beach is a lovely sandy beach, surrounding a small bay where the crystal clear water is always peaceful, even if elsewhere the wind affects the sea. It is a true family beach, because the children can play safely, and therefore many local families will visit it, especially late afternoon when the sun looses it’s strength.
Kolios Appartment is located right on the border of the beach, just a few footsteps away from the water. It is located on the first floor and has a spacious living room and open plan kitchen, with access to the spacious balcony that overlooks the beach. The appartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bath and a washing machine, one shower room. The positioning of apartment is amazing: all day long the views to the sea can be enjoyed, as the sun travels over the water and sets it in a different light. There is parking space and there is a Greek tavern right on the beach.
In the area you will find many restaurants and supermarkets, and there are 2 other fantastic beaches on walking distance: Vromolimnos and Agia Paraskevi. The bus stops around the corner.
The studios
On the same floor right next to the appartment are 2 separate guest studios. Each studio has 2 single beds, a kitchenette, a shower room and a balcony overlooking the beach of Kolios. The studios can be rented independently, but they are a nice solution together with the apartment if a group of friends or 2 families want to spend the holiday together/apart.
